Niki is already enabling millions of Indians through voice-assisted AI and a user journey most natural to them - that of a local agent or the traditional middleman they are used to.
75% of the Internet users use vernacular languages, but currently account for only 2% of the Internet spend.
Niki's UI/UX helps these users experience the Internet as more than an entertainment and communication app, by enabling use cases like payments, utility bill payments, travel bookings, grocery delivery, religious pilgrimages and employment search.
